This was the perfect way to start our trip to Telluride. Learning the history and what it’s liked to actually live in such a beautiful town! I highly recommend this tour to anybody!

My girlfriends and I flew in for a girls’ trip, and booking a tour with Julie was one of the highlights of our time in Telluride. We started with a small-bites food tour, then adding the ghost tour—and before we knew it, we asked for an extended custom experience. She did it! Julie took us to a true hidden gem most visitors never get to see- lucky us- along with the best local shopping spots. It was an absolute win. We wouldn't have about these special places without her nearly 30 years of local knowledge. We’re already planning our next girls trip with her.

If you like tacos and margaritas, then this is the tour to take! Julie guided us around Telluride and told us about the town while we stopped in to some unexpected spaces like a speakeasy for some really great food and entertainment! Julie is very personable and knowledgeable about the town. Each restaurant continued to surprise me with the food. It was our first time in Telluride and this was a great way to visit different restaurants and get to know the history of the town. Thank you, Julie, for your hospitality! We will be back!

Our guide Julie was lovely. There were only six of us which was nice. We enjoyed walking around the charming streets of Telluride and hearing some of the history. This can be a not so spooky tour so it’s fine for little kids, let Julie know and she will accommodate you if you have littles. My family is older so spookier is better. Maybe as the business grows some spookier folklore and storytelling can be included. Even so we enjoyed stopping inside the Sheridan bar and Opera House and seeing the old jail cell and hospital. We would love to hear more stories about some of the folks who frequent content these places. Thanks!

Both tours far exceeded my expectations. Julie is engaging, deeply knowledgeable, and a true local who brings Telluride’s history to life. From lesser-known stories and hidden locations to the Sheridan Opera House, every stop sparked curiosity. Julie, our tour guide, was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable! We learned a lot about the history of Telluride through her walking tour of important landmarks and points of interest. Julie knew just were to take us to give us a glimpse of the past. We highly recommend her walking tour, especially appreciate her book and store suggestions! We plan to return this summer and will schedule another tour with this company.

This was amazing! I often travel solo and love to hike, so this checked all the boxes and made me feel safe going with a local who knows the easier trails in the area. I ended up scheduling not just one, but two hiking tours. The frozen waterfalls, along with a mossy green lower river hike, were places I never would’ve found on my own.
